Roshanda Glenn is a veteran educator with 29 years of teaching experience across grades K–12, including 18 years teaching students with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities. She is the creator of the B.E.S.T. Behavior Transformation System™, a comprehensive approach that helps educators move beyond reactive discipline and build sustainable, schoolwide behavior systems.
