With nearly three decades of dedicated service in education, Mr. Worthington is a passionate and results-driven leader specializing in special education, alternative education, and general education. Currently serving as the Director of Special Education at Banning Unified School District, Timothy is recognized for a proven track record of transformative leadership, innovative program development, and deep commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
Throughout his career, Mr. Worthington has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to foster equitable and supportive learning environments for students facing mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. His leadership spans a broad spectrum of educational settings—from adjudicated youth programs and juvenile detention centers to court schools, community schools, and afterschool programs.
